Since the mid 1980´s, Nancy has specialized in offering her Buyers and Sellers the 'real world´, practical knowledge of real estate they are looking for.  Markets change and Nancy has successfully navigated her way through and around some of the most complex trends ever.  She is proud to be a member of Keller Williams Realty (the country´s third-largest and fastest growing real estate company!) and consistently ranks among its top producers.  At her previous brokerage, Nancy was ranked in the top 5% of salespeople in the country.

Nancy´s philosophy is simple, "I begin by listening to the needs of my Clients and then I use my knowledge of the current market to strategize a plan of action.  It is only by really paying close attention to what my Clients are telling me that I can help them realize their dreams and goals; as an added bonus, I also get to realize mine."

A state-of-the-art marketing program involving both print and electronic media, as well as personal contact, is vital in today´s arena.  "Keller Williams is the leader in this type of marketing and is one of many reasons I am so proud to be affiliated with them", says Nancy.  Earning her 'e-certification´ was another step forward for Nancy and in 2008 she received the prestigious Award of Excellence from Realtor.com for Internet Marketing.

Nancy holds the title of Relocation Specialist, enabling her to offer the same, high-caliber of service to out-of-town Clients as she does to her local base.

In addition to her real estate business, Nancy served as Chairman of the Board for the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and continues to serve on their Board of Directors.  She is actively involved in the El Cajon Animal Center for Education and Services (ACES) which supports the El Cajon Animal Shelter (a 'no-kill´ facility).  "Community involvement allows me to be aware of and influence changes in the neighborhoods where my Clients reside".
